How the free trial works

    Tell us about your society

    Send its name and number of flats by email or WhatsApp. We set up your society and the first admin account, usually within a day.

  2. 2

    Bring in your flats and residents

    Paste them from your Excel sheet or register, along with past dues if you like. Residents sign in with their own email and mobile number.

  3. 3

    Decide after three months

    Run a few billing cycles for free. If it works for your committee, pay for a year. If not, take your data and go. Nothing is charged automatically.

Questions about pricing

Do we need a card or UPI mandate to start the trial?

No. We don’t ask for any payment details. At the end of 3 months we send an invoice only if your committee wants to continue.

Why yearly and not monthly?

Most committees pass expenses once a year at the general body meeting. One yearly invoice is simpler to approve and to show in the accounts, and it keeps our price low.

How are flats counted?

By the flats set up in CHSbook when the billing year starts. Flats added during the year are not charged until the next renewal.

Is there a setup fee, or extra for SMS and storage?

No setup fee and no add-ons. Reminders, receipts and document storage for normal society use are included.

Does the price include GST?

We are not registered for GST yet, so no GST is added. If that changes, we will tell you before your next renewal.

Can we cancel and get a refund?

Yes. Cancel within 14 days of paying for a full refund; after that, unused full months are refunded pro rata. Refund & Cancellation Policy

Does any of our society’s money pass through you?

No. Residents pay straight into the society’s own bank account by UPI. CHSbook only keeps the records. Our fee is the only money we receive.
